Anthony believes in a person-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of the client-therapist relationship as the foundation for growth.
He asserts that anyone can benefit from therapy, given that everyone encounters difficult experiences throughout life. Anthony works with clients using evidence-based practices, such as: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care. His areas of specialty include: adjustment disorder, anxiety, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, depression, grief, parenting skills, relationship difficulties, social skills, stress management, trauma, and more.
Anthony has been in the field for the past 11 years and earned his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from John Carroll University in 2013.

MaryBeth is a compassionate and experienced licensed social worker, with more than 10 years of experience. She specializes in therapy for: ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
Her professional interests include working with individuals across the lifespan, addressing: anxiety, anger, and transitional issues. MaryBeth offers a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. She uses evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy CBT and mindfulness-based therapy, to support her clients on their journeys toward healing and growth.
In addition to her private practice, she has extensive experience with residential and day treatment centers, providing comprehensive care to those in need.
On a personal note, MaryBeth is a retired collegiate softball player, loves to cook, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons!

Yes, we offer both in-person and online therapy sessions. Online therapy, also known as teletherapy, provides the convenience of receiving therapy from the comfort of your own home or office.
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or life happenings. We request a 24-hour advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
You can schedule an appointment by contacting us directly through phone or email. We typically respond within 24 hours to schedule your initial appointment at a time that works for you.
At this time, our practice is private pay and does not accept insurance.
Private pay means paying for therapy out-of-pocket, without involving insurance. This offers greater privacy and flexibility in choosing your therapist. Payment is typically due at the time of each session, and we accept various forms of payment, including: cash, health savings account (HSA), American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
